I’m a mother, wife, daughter, sister, and friend. All my roles and life experiences have informed my work as a registered nurse, yoga therapist, and herbalist. I remember that as a young girl, I intuitively understood that health is a state of inner wholeness. My approach is unique in that it is my goal to help you to arrive at self care and self acceptance. I do not guide you to “fix” your health conditions through restrictions or control measures, but rather, to nourish yourself through wellness practices and ultimately, to transform and evolve. I believe that embracing our wholeness, even with our imperfections, makes way for true health and wellness to deepen.

Fun facts about me:
I am the youngest child of four children. Eight is my lucky number. I love nature. My hobbies include walking outside, hiking, harvesting wild plants and flowers, gardening, making herbal remedies for my family and friends, cooking with fresh foods, painting, writing, and collecting rocks/shells/beads/fabric/photographs. You could find me barefoot in the grass a lot of the time. I’m on a never-ending quest to hold a handstand. I love to sing, and I play around on the piano and ukulele.
